What are the shipping options?

Hinkley Outlet offers free ground shipping on all orders of any dollar value delivered to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.

  • Orders do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or observed holidays
  • Free shipping method will be determined by destination.  Possible shipping carriers include UPS, Fedex and USPS.


What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

At this time, Hinkley Outlet does not offer international shipping.  Please contact your local lighting showroom if there is a Hinkley fixture of interest that you see on the Hinkley Outlet.


When will I receive my order?

Depending on location, orders will arrive within 1-5 business days.  


What do I do if I never received my order?

Please contact us if you feel your order was not delivered as expected.


What do I do if I received a defective order?

Please contact us if you feel your fixture is not working as expected.


How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.  Please contact us to explore possible options.  

  • Any additional costs to modify or stop outbound shipments will be customer's responsibility.
